Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change, so please review the following terms regarding cancellations, pre-orders, and returns before placing your order.

Regular Orders
Regular, in-stock orders may be eligible for cancellation if you contact us before the order has entered processing or been shipped. Because we work to process orders quickly, cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has been placed. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are products that have sold out or are not currently in stock and are being reproduced or restocked due to demand. Placing a pre-order reserves your item from the upcoming production batch before it becomes available again.

Because production and inventory are planned based on confirmed pre-orders, pre-order purchases cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated fulfillment timeline shown on the product page.

Estimated timelines may vary slightly due to production, quality control, transportation, or other fulfillment delays.

Returns After Delivery
Although pre-orders cannot be cancelled before fulfillment, eligible regular orders and pre-orders may still be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the requirements outlined in our Refund Policy.
